A Japanese-made Greco LGB-100 Rock Spirits from around 2000. The set-neck, single-cut body pairs mahogany with a carved maple top, a rosewood fingerboard and two Greco GH-B1 humbuckers. Its measured 30.3-inch (770 mm) scale makes it compact, while its 4.9 kg weight gives it a substantial feel.
Its sound is full and warm, with deep lows and pronounced low mids. The two-volume, two-tone layout keeps the controls direct. This example is fitted with new La Bella 760FS-S flatwounds. The neck is stable, the truss rod works, the frets remain playable and the electronics function as intended.
